Lee joined the Jaydan team in 2013, bringing a wealth of experience from grounds work to project management, alongside specialist knowledge in carpentry. Lee maintains an active approach as foreman on site continually developing and refining his skillset. -
His keen foresight and aptitude for problem solving within his role as site manager has been invaluable to the successful outcome of the latest Charles James Developments Group projects.

Daniel has continually developed on extensive experience and a broad trade skillset
that he has gained over his 21 years in the construction industry. -
Proven to adapt and thoroughly engage in all aspects of the build process, Daniel's key engineering, planning and CAD knowledge along with his open, concise management style ensures each build is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
